To create an account, go to HOAbankservices.com.
Click on “Make Payment” under Online Payments for Homeowners.

Then select “Create Account.”

Type in our HOA name (Shea Station) and then click “Continue.”

Click “yes” when prompted.

Create your HOA ID and select “Continue.” Use your house # and abbreviation of street name. For example, 1498 Quail Forest would be “1498QF.” Use “JM” for Jennings Mill; “SS” for S. Shea; “CV” for Catawba Valley; “V” for Vireo; and “N” for Nuthatch.

Then follow the screen prompts to create your LOGIN ID as well as password.

Next, you’ll set up several security questions for enhanced security.

Finally, you should arrive at the below screen and select what you would like to do.
When setting up autopay, please be sure to select recurring every 3 months. Payments are due on the 1st of the months of January, April, July and October. To be safe, select a date of no later than the 15th. Accounts are considered past due by the end of these months.
