To create an account, go to HOAbankservices.com.
Click on “Make Payment” under Online Payments for Homeowners.
Then select “Create Account.”
Type in our HOA name (Shea Station) and then click “Continue.”
Click “yes” when prompted.
Create your HOA ID and select “Continue.” You’ll need to enter your unique 10 digit account # assigned by Crye-Leike Property Management. You can obtain it from your Frontsteps account if you already signed up for one. Otherwise, contact Toney Dionne or Brooks Stevenson at Crye-Leike PM. Phone: 901-758-5678. Email: [email protected].
Then follow the screen prompts to create your LOGIN ID as well as password.
Next, you’ll set up several security questions for enhanced security.
Finally, you should arrive at the below screen and select what you would like to do.
When setting up autopay, please be sure to select recurring every 3 months. Payments are due on the 1st of the months of January, April, July and October. To be safe, select a date of no later than the 15th. Accounts are considered past due by the end of these months.
