FRONTSTEPS is a complete, connected homeowners association management software.
In addition to facilitating online payments with a secure, automated and connected state-of-the-art payments engine, the online portal allows homeowners to access account balance and important documents such as the association’s Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CCR), financial statements, and annual meeting minutes. Furthermore, FRONTSTEPS allows homeowners to submit work orders (for lawn / irrigation issues) and requests for exterior improvements.
To sign up, a homeowner has to be sent an invitation from Crye-Leike Property Management (CLPM). Please email Toney Dionne ([email protected]) and Brooks Stevenson ([email protected]) to request for an email invitation.
Sign-up is easy through the personal invitation. Simply use your email address and then set a password. To continue accessing the account from a computer, the web address is https://sheastation.frontsteps.com/users/sign_in.
Upon sign-up, there’s also an app that can be downloaded that provides quick access to your account right from a smart phone. See below for the correct app to download.
