

Have an issue with your lawn such as excessive weeds? Or have an issue with your sprinkler system? Please go into the FRONTSTEPS portal to submit a work order. It’s quick and easy right from an app (FRONTSTEPS Community) on your phone. (To sign up for a FRONTSTEPS account, click here.)
Please allow 24 to 72 hours for your issue to be addressed depending on the nature of the issue. To check the status of the work order, please email Toney Dionne ([email protected]) and Brooks Stevenson ([email protected]) at CLPM. You may contact a member of the board for assistance if your issue is not addressed or at least acknowledged after a few days.
Note: Please provide your cell # when submitting a work order in case LSG needs to contact you when addressing your concern.

Select My Work Orders. Then select the green “+” button at the bottom right-hand corner. Complete the request by selecting the category / item that best fits your issue. Add any necessary notes / pictures (and a phone # if you want to be contacted) and click “Submit.”
