What’s Happening
The developer has indicated that there will be another phase of construction in the near future. That phase currently referred to as #25 will be located south of Vireo and east of S. Shea. Any further updates of future development will be posted on the News page.
The Town of Collierville maintains a website that shows private sector development applications that are either under review or actively under construction. To go to that website, click on this link…Collierville Development Activity. Any updates to the final phase in our HOA would be posted on this website. Whenever an application for development is submitted, it will appear on the town’s development map within 30 days (map updated usually last week of month), and it would be easily be 60-90 days before the first public meeting.
